Or, bring your application and payment in a sealed envelope to the Riverside Church of Christ / RCA building at 116 Riverside Lane.

The following items are required for FIRST-TIME or RE-ENROLLMENTS only:

Request for Confidential Records
Copy of Diploma or GED of primary teaching parent or a notarized Affidavit of Education
Copy of student’s birth certificate
Copy of student’s current vaccination records
If in high school, you must attend a High School Orientation to review requirements for graduation.
